Chemist Warehouse Northland Homemaker Centre

I've been a loyal customer of chemist warehouse for many years now and I'm a local shopper at this store. Today it tainted the experience for me as I tried to return a couple of baby products that my mother in law bought which I don't like the ingredients of, wanted to do more baby shopping and also swap it for a more organic alternative. I did not have a receipt as it was a gift and the store manager girl refused to honour the product swap. It was very disappointing experience as I felt like she had accused me of using the products as well. She requested proof of purchase "even if it's a bank transaction" over something that was about $15 in total...very disappointing considering how massive the store is! Terrible experience and I will never shop there again.
