Pretty poor servicing and repair experience with them. Booked in for bluetooth phone kit to be installed/servicing and allowed 2 months. No one bothered to ring me and let me know that they don't have the part. 6 hours after I left the car with them and took a taxi spending 25 dollars to get home they rang me to tell that they don't have the part and it never occurred to any of the service staff they owe an apology for the inconvenience they caused me by not checking there stock. I had been servicing the car with them for years and was planning for a CX9 with them but not any more.
